English Pea Salad

1 can small English Peas

½ small jar pimentos

Small cubes of Velveeta (1/4 cup)

Chopped dill pickles (1/4 cup)

½ small onion, chopped

Add salad dressing to mix. Approximately ½ cup.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Optional: chopped carrots, chopped celery, boiled egg.
