Caramel Candy (Geneva Hillje)

In a large heavy pot combine:

1qt. cream

2 c. white Karo

2 c. sugar

1 can Eagle Brand milk

Cook cream, white Karo, sugar, and milk for 1 hr and 20 minutes. Stir constantly at first. After it starts to boil and isn’t running over, stir occasionally. Remove from heat and add 2 c. chopped pecans. Stir only until pecans are coated. Pour into buttered pan. When cool, cut into small squares.
