Fruit-A-Flavor Pound Cake (Marilyn Brown)

1 pkg yellow cake mix ¼ c. cooking oil
1 (3 oz.) pkg Jell-Oâ gelatin, any flavor 4 eggs
¾ c. water 1 t. grated lemon or orange rind, optional
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan and finish cooling cake.
