Yogurt Fruit Dip (Kay Hillje)

Great fruit dip! - Kay Hillje

Soften plain gelatin in 3 tablespoons of hot water and 3 tablespoons regular temperature water.

In large mixing bowl:

Blend ½ c. ice cold water and 9 tablespoons dry milk. Beat 7 minutes or until frothy.

Add: 10-20 packages Equal or Splenda (to taste)

½ t. vanilla

1 carton strained yogurt (strain yogurt in refrigerator with paper towels until liquid has separated- can be done day before)

Add gelatin. Mix well.

Store in refrigerator. Will thicken in refrigerator.
