Chicken Chip Casserole
1 whole chicken, cooked and boned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 t. chopped onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. diced celery
1/2 T. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. potato chips
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 t. salt
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
Mix all ingredients except 1/2 c. potato chips. Put ingredient mixture into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup potatoe chips. Bake at 450F for 15 minutes.
