Pie Dough Mix (Mary Jo Tolbert)

8 c. all purpose flour
3 t. salt
3 c. Crisco® shortening
Mix with pastry blender or a fork until small crumbs. Store in a ziploc freezer bag in the refrigerator or a clean, empty shortening can.
Mix 5 T. very cold water with 3 cups of mix. This will make two 9 inch pie crusts.
