Katy's Ice Cream (Kay Hillje)
This is an easy recipe to play around with and adjust to your taste. It is also great for those who don’t want eggs. Kay Hillje
1 ¾ c. sugar/splenda
5 T. vanilla or to taste
1 quart half-and-half
1 can evaporated milk
1 ½ can sweetened condensed milk (fat free works well)
½ gal whole milk
Mix all ingredients together until sugar is dissolved. Chill for 30 min. Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturer’s specifications.
