Chile Pequin Salsa (Scott Hillje)
Ingredients:
- 1 14 oz can Diced fire roasted tomatoes (recommend Muir Glen)
- 1/2 teaspoon finely crushed chile pequins
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 small handful of chopped green onion
- 2 cloves mashed garlic
- 1 small handful of chopped cilantro
Stir all ingredients together and taste. If you want more heat, add another 1/2 teaspoon of chili pequins.
