Beef Tips

I got this from my mom, Joanie Tolbert. (Tonya Duvall)

2 lbs lean chuck, cut into 1 ¾ in pieces

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 package Lipton® onion soup mix

1 cup 7-Up®

Place meat in a 2 quart (8.5x4.5x2.5) casserole dish. Glass dish works best. Do not season. Pour mushroom soup and onion soup mix over the meat. Do not stir. Pour the 7-Up® over the meat and cover the dish tightly with foil. Bake at 275°F for 4 hours. Do not open the oven door during cooking. Let cool for 30 min. Serve over noodles, rice, or toasted bread.
