Coconut Mallows (Mary Jo Tolbert)

1 pkg Baker's chocolate (not unsweetened)
28 marshmallows, cut in halves
3 cups coconut, toasted
Melt chocolate. (Either over water or microwave)
Dip marshmallows in chocolate, roll in coconut and place on waxed paper. Cool until firm. Makes about 4 dozen.
