Herbed Chicken
My family loved this chicken over rice. Scott said it was awesome and likes to add chili garlic sauce to give it a kick. Kay Hillje
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
1 10 ¾ oz low fat, low sodium cream of chicken soup
¾ c. water
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ T. oregano, dried
1/8 t. thyme, ground
1 t. Italian seasoning, dried
1 ½ t. lime juice
black pepper, to taste
Layer chicken in bottom of crock pot. Mix all the other ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook in crock pot on high for 2-2 ½ hours. Serve over rice or noodles. Even better the next day!
