French Apple Pie

1 9 inch unbaked pie or pastry shell

Filling:

3/4 cup sugar

1 t. cinnamon

1 can apples

2 T. flour

Crumb Topping:

1/2 cup butter (minus 1 T.)

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 c. flour

Use pastry blender or knife and fork to make coarse crumbs.

Put filling into the unbaked pie shell. Then sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake at

375° for 50 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
