Brownies with Frosting (Mary Jo Tolbert)

1 1/2 cup sifted flour

2 cups sugar

10 T. cocoa

1 t. salt

1 cup Wesson oil

4 eggs, unbeaten

2 t. vanilla

1 cup chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Do not overcook. Frost while brownies are still warm.

Frosting:

2 T. cocoa

3 T. milk

4 T. oleo or butter

Bring to a boil. Add 1/2 box of powdered sugar (sifted) - about 1 cup. Beat until spreading consistency. Frost brownies.
